In many countries like India no vegetarian food is taken less when compared to other countries. In many countries people eat pork, chicken and mutton and camel meat, dog meat, cow meat, and meat of many other animals like elephant and deer, fish. But in countries like India people have some myths about eating cows, those people have beliefs that eating cow is a sin and they worship the cow as a god. As we know that non vegetarian food contains  more vitamins and fats .proteins than the vegetarian food. It is a fact that the more the advantages we have in eating the non vegetarian food, the same dis advantages are also there. At first this habit rose from the ancestors who usually depends up on other animals for food. Eating raw food was their habit, but now days we are cooking this raw food with some other extra powders and ruining its nutritious value. When compared with vegetarian food non vegetarian food has more nutrition values and also it has more disadvantages when compared with eating vegetarian food. I think it is better follow only vegetarian food, in some cold countries it is compulsory to eat non vegetarian because to resist and to live in that environment. In the world there are more non vegetarian eaters then the vegetarian eaters.
